Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Play Snake Online account (developer: Velovid) and everything stored with it.

Delete it yourself, in the app

The fastest way — it takes effect immediately and needs no approval from us:

1. Open Play Snake Online on your Android device
2. Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the lobby
3. Tap Account
4. Tap Delete account
5. Confirm when asked

Your account and all data listed below are erased from our servers straight away, and you are signed out.

Or ask us by email

Email support@velovid.net from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

We ask you to write from the account's own email address so that nobody can delete someone else's account.

What is deleted

All of the following is erased permanently and cannot be recovered:

• Your account record — Google account identifier, email address, display name, profile picture
• Your wallet — coin balance, every skin you have rented, and which one is equipped
• Your statistics — matches played, best score, total kills, coins earned
• Your nickname
• Your rewarded-ad history
• Your sign-in link to Google, so signing in again creates a brand-new empty account

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase records — kept for 7 years. If you have bought coins or an Aura subscription, we retain the transaction identifier, product and date, because tax and accounting law requires it and because refunds and chargebacks have to be traceable. These records are not linked to your deleted account and cannot be used to identify you or to restore anything.
• Server logs — up to 30 days. Routine security and error logs held by our hosting provider, then rotated out automatically.
• Website analytics — up to 14 months. Aggregated and anonymous; it was never linked to your account.

Things worth knowing first

• Deletion does not refund anything. Coins, skin rentals and any remaining time on an Aura subscription are lost.
• It does not cancel an Aura subscription. Cancel that separately in Google Play → Subscriptions, or you will continue to be billed for a plan on an account that no longer exists.
• It cannot be undone. Signing in with the same Google account afterwards creates a new, empty account.
