• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these rules.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on PlaySnakeOnline.com — including but not limited to the game code, graphics, audio, logos, and text — is owned by or licensed to PlaySnakeOnline.com and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. User-Generated Content

The only user-provided content is your chosen display name (nickname). By entering a nickname, you confirm it does not violate any third-party rights and is not offensive or illegal. We reserve the right to refuse display of any nickname at our discretion.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers including Google Analytics and Ably. Your use of the Service is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLAYSNAKEONLINE.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlaySnakeOnline.com and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Children

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
